Meet the Referential Team: Emily J. Feber

Introducing Emily J. Feber, Referential's newest team member! Emily joined in May of 2021 as the second Emily Feber of the company; the other being her sister-in-law! After a 5-year career in corporate and technical recruiting for companies ranging from an agency to the behemoths of Google and Apple, she’s excited to dive into the world of customer advocacy.

Since joining Referential, Emily J. has been hard at work learning the ropes and specifically focusing on the fulfillment side of programs. She's enjoyed leveraging her years of experience in human resources and recruiting and using those skills to help find the perfect matches of advocates to requests, continuing the matchmaking work that she finds so fulfilling.

Emily J. loves getting to work with so many outstanding companies, and their stories help her learn all the incredible ways that different products make the world so much better.

Referential has provided her an unparalleled opportunity to work with her family and have the support of incredible colleagues. After working at large companies, there's an unmatched comradery of a small company and the mentorship has been outstanding.

On the weekends, Emily loves to spend any free time she has traveling. In the photo, Emily was in Iceland and found a huge glacier on the side of the highway. Some of the places she hopes to visit soon are Israel, Dubai, Aruba, Germany and Hong Kong. In addition, she loves trying delicious new restaurants and spending time with her husband and golden retriever puppy, Zoe.
