With so many years of experience in customer advocacy – founded in 1994 and renamed, Referential, in 2012 – our company upholds the sincere belief that putting customer needs first should be at the forefront of every organization’s gameplan: the success of one is directly linked to the success of the other.

Our team has a global presence, one that is ever growing to meet the quickly expanding roster of our clientele. Our employees are made up of specialists able to offer expertise and services that span the highly varied needs of our clients. We have a demonstrated track record of success, have developed an in-depth online curriculum to train would-be and established customer marketers alike as they navigate the industry, and know how to work hard / play hard. At Referential, we not only hold one another accountable, but we support one another.

Referential is, in so many words, a family.

As is the case with every family, as you grow you try to prepare for and recognize milestones when they come. Today is such a day! We are pleased to announce the promotion of Emily Feber — existing executive management team member — to the role of CFO & COO.

In addition, we’re delighted to share that Jennifer Doyon and Ryan Quackenbush have been promoted to the roles of Principal within the organization. Their experience in the industry and demonstrated leadership give the board of trustees – as well as the Founders, Helen and David Feber – keen confidence in their abilities to not only maintain Referential’s current status as an elite customer advocacy agency, but also to navigate the organization to the next decade of success and beyond in customer marketing.

It is the belief of Helen and David, both, that these three are direct balancers to one another in terms of ability and approach, and their combined guidance will best serve the growing client list for many years to come. We welcome them to the executive management team!

Please join us in congratulating them!
