Meet the Referential Team: Kristian Gallego
Join us in welcoming Kristian Gallego, a new member of the Referential team! His diverse occupational background has enabled him to develop a wide range of skills on his journey to Referential, which have equipped him perfectly for his role as an advocacy consultant.
From being an advisor in higher education to most recently serving as a marketing and sales resource to C-suite peer-to-peer advisory groups, Kristian has developed deep expertise in understanding customer needs and motivations as well as curating personalized client engagements. He has already earned his Certified Customer Advocacy Professional I (CCAP I) credentials and is looking forward to honing his skills as he prepares for the level II certification!
Kristian is passionate about helping the people around him and striving to always be a resource to anyone that needs it. He believes that if you put the customer first and provide the service they expect, you can encourage anyone to become a raving fan. What better way to promote and grow a business than having your customers do it for you!
Kristian prides himself on the relationships he builds personally and professionally and is excited to help the clients and customer advocates he supports succeed and thrive. He loves being in an environment where he is constantly learning and is enjoying that at Referential, the knowledge sharing and strategizing never ends!
Kristian lives in sunny San Diego, California with his wife, baby daughter, and the family’s German shepherd. In free time, he can talk your ear off about the latest superhero movie or give you tips on how to make your tomato plants grow to their fullest potential. For the last decade or so, however, Kristian’s favorite passion has been photography. You can constantly find him taking a picture of something that has caught his eye. He will be the first to tell you that he should go through his phone and delete photos to make space for new ones! Kristian loves his Canon DSLR and was recently gifted a Canon AE-1 Program film camera which, for those who aren’t well-versed in photography, means he’s now enjoying the best of old school and new school photography. He makes no claims to being a professional photographer by any means but if you’d like to see the world through Kristian’s camera lenses, you can browse his work at www.kristiangphotography.com.
